Day Nine - A Photo You Tousok

I don't generally take many pictures because whenever we remember to take the camera, Grant is usually the one taking the pictures.

This is actually a photo montage of 5 pictures.  These were taken on the August Long Weekend in 2009.  We all went to Grand Prix Amusements here in Winnipeg for some Family Fun.  We played mini golf, everyone but Charlotte went on the Go-Karts, and everyone but Charlotte and myself went on the bumper boats.  I took these pictures as Mom, Dad, Selena, Curtis, Nora, Levi and Grant were waiting for their turn.  As you can see, it takes a few takes to get a good picture.

I'm not going to do this post because the pictures that make me said, some people might take the wrong way, and there are some very personal details behind why they make me sad.

Day 7 - A photo that makes you happy

There are 2 pictures that make me very happy.

The first is the picture taken at the Taylor Family Reunion in 2009.  We had everyone there except one.  It was a great time of visiting and the weather was absolutely perfect.  Looking forward to the 2011 edition.

The second is the picture of me crossing the finish line after doing the 10K walk in the 2010 Manitoba Marathon.  It was a big accomplishment for me, since it had been almost 9 years since breaking me legs.  I managed to do the entire walk in 2 hours, 37 minutes and 53 seconds.  I'm planning on doing the walk again this year, but I hope to get my time down to about 1 hour 30 minutes.
